Who this is for

This programme takes you from committed practitioner to confident mat teacher. You will learn the classical mat repertoire in its traditional order, the movement principles behind it, the anatomy you actually use on the floor, and how to run a safe, well-paced group class.

About this certificate

On completion you are awarded the Pilates Please Mat Teacher certificate. This is our own studio credential. The hour structure is built to the shape published by the recognised industry bodies so that graduates are well positioned to apply for national mat certification, but Pilates Please does not award, and does not claim, any third-party accreditation.
